Everything Will Be Alright

• Licensing Scope:
  By purchasing a license, the client is granted the right to use the music for a single specified project or purpose. No additional rights, including resale or redistribution, are included.

• Ownership and Rights:
  Adrestine Veil retains full ownership of all intellectual property related to the licensed music. The client acknowledges that this license is non-transferable and does not confer ownership of the original work.

• Usage Restrictions:
  Licensed music may not be altered, remixed, or sampled for use in derivative works without prior written consent. The client must ensure that the music is not distributed or used outside the scope of the agreed-upon license.

• Attribution:
  When required, the client must provide proper credit to Adrestine Veil in any publication, performance, or production where the licensed music is used.

• Termination of License:
  Any violation of these terms, including unauthorized redistribution or use, may result in the immediate termination of the license and legal action.

• Indemnification:
  The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Adrestine Veil against any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from improper or unauthorized use of the licensed music.

• Dispute Resolution:
  Any disputes arising from the use of the licensed music shall be resolved under the laws of the artist’s residing country, with venue and jurisdiction determined accordingly.

By purchasing and using a license, the client agrees to these terms in full.
