1. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds only apply under the specific conditions detailed below.
- Due to the nature of digital content, no digital purchases (music, videos, exclusive access) are refundable.
- Physical products may be eligible for a refund or exchange if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

2. Digital Products and Services
- All digital sales are final. Once access is granted, refunds will not be issued.
- If you experience technical issues accessing digital content, please contact us at adrestineveil@gmail.com for assistance.

 

3. Physical Products
- If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within [3] days of delivery with proof of damage (photos required).
- Returns must be unused, in their original condition, and shipped within [7] days of approval.

- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case of incorrect or defective products.

 

6. Cancellations
- Digital services (such as bookings, consultations, or private sessions) must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance to reschedule or receive partial refunds.
- If you do not cancel within the stated timeframe, no refunds or rescheduling will be issued.
